He Got Balls To Say it

Chua Soi Lek – MCA President, say this at press conference at Tenang by-election Jan 2011
“If you think that by doing that you'll demoralize me, you're wrong, and you can (publish) it. I got no problem. But be prepared to be attacked. When you attack people, be prepared to be criticized. That's life, that's lesson number one - don't do unto others what you don't want others to do to you. So if you consistently attack people and people attack you, don't get offended. I know you're doing your work, but be fair to us. You can do anything to demonize me, but we can do a lot of things as well if you want us to. I'll level up to you very fairly,”

Wow!!! I love this guy. He always says something sense to me. And what he said at Tenang by-election shows that he got guts or another word, he got balls to say it. That’s why he becomes MCA President.

I not saying that, what he says earlier about using gloves to shake hands, and I agree or disagree with him. I only saying that this man got principles and always belief his principles.

I just hope that all Malaysian will be like him or at least people surrounding me. I can see that people like to criticize other people, the government, their friends, family, relatives and whatnot. If suddenly the person you criticized, criticized him back. He/she become angry and get offended.

My mentor (Mr.John Rankin) gives me an advice to me; always think before you say something. Be careful what you say.

Until today I follow his advice, and nothing bad has happen to me. Thank God for that.

Mmmmmmmm…… ok guys

Take Sole Custody of Your Life

Anna Quindlen: Loud and Clear– Take Sole Custody of Your Life

This was a speech made by Pulitzer Prize-winning author, Anna Quindlen at the graduation ceremony of an American university where she was awarded an Honorary PhD.

I’m a novelist. My work is human nature. Real life is all I know. Don’t ever confuse the two, your life and your work. You will walk out of here this afternoon with only one thing that no one else has. There will be hundreds of people out there with your same degree: there will be thousands of people doing what you want to do for a living.

But you will be the only person alive who has sole custody of your life. Your particular life. Your entire life. Not just your life at a desk or your life on a bus or in a car or at the computer. Not just the life of your mind, but the life of your heart. Not just your bank accounts but also your soul.

People don’t talk about the soul very much anymore. It’s so much easier to write a resume than to craft a spirit. But a resume is cold comfort on a winter’s night, or when you’re sad, or broke, or lonely, or when you’ve received your test results and they’re not so good.

Here is my resume: I am a good mother to three children. I have tried never to let my work stand in the way of being a good parent. I no longer consider myself the centre of the universe. I show up. I listen. I try to laugh. I am a good friend to my husband. I have tried to make marriage vows mean what they say. I am a good friend to my friends and them to me. Without them, there would be nothing to say to you today, because I would be a cardboard cut out. But I call them on the phone and I meet them for lunch. I would be rotten, at best mediocre, at my job if those other things were not true.

You cannot be really first rate at your work if your work is all you are. So here’s what I wanted to tell you today: Get a life. A real life, not a manic pursuit of the next promotion, the bigger pay cheque, the larger house. Do you think you’d care so very much about those things if you blew an aneurysm one afternoon or found a lump in your breast?

Get a life in which you notice the smell of salt water pushing itself on a breeze at the seaside, a life in which you stop and watch how a red-tailed hawk circles over the water, or the way a baby scowls with concentration when she tries to pick up a sweet with her thumb and first finger.

Get a life in which you are not alone. Find people you love, and who love you. And remember that love is not leisure, it is work. Pick up the phone. Send an email. Write a letter. Get a life in which you are generous. And realize that life is the best thing ever, and that you have no business taking it for granted.

Care so deeply about its goodness that you want to spread it around. Take money you would have spent on excessive eating and give it to charity. Work in a soup kitchen. Be a big brother or sister. All of you want to do well. But if you do not do good too, then doing well will never be enough.

It is so easy to waste our lives, our days, our hours, and our minutes. It is so easy to take for granted the colour of our kids’ eyes, the way the melody in a symphony rises and falls and disappears and rises again. It is so easy to exist instead of to live.
I learned to live many years ago. I learned to love the journey, not the destination. I learned that it is not a dress rehearsal, and that today is the only guarantee you get. I learned to look at all the good in the world and try to give some of it back because I believed in it, completely and utterly. And I tried to do that, in part, by telling others what I had learned. By telling them this: Consider the lilies of the field. Look at the fuzz on a baby’s ear. Read in the back yard with the sun on your face.

Learn to be happy. And think of life as a terminal illness, because if you do, you will live it with joy and passion as it ought to be lived”.

Losing a source of income...

What the main reason people buy insurance?

I see people buying life insurance for wrong reason. Example; people buying for investment, if you think insurance is investment, do you know how much percentage you will get at end of the year. Some company giving like 4%, some are higher like 7%. If it investment-link insurance maybe you will get higher like 20% or nothing or even worst you will end up losing because it depend on Bursa Saham KL (BSKL). So now do you think it a good investment?

There is also other reason like the agent is their friend or relative, ok why not we help him/her because he/she is close to me. Nothing wrong with that, that good because you intend to help an insurance agent. What happen if there is a misunderstanding happens between both of you? You won’t pay right.

There is lots of reason that people think on why we must buy life insurance. But there is one solid reason that everybody should buy life insurance that is; losing a source of income.

If you see a father with 3 children and a housewife and the father is the only source of income in the family, what will going to happen to the family if the father died , paralyzed or even worst get a critical illness like cancer, brain damage, heart problems and whatnot. Can you imagine what going to happen to the family?

I am not saying this because I am insurance agent or I am trying to sell a policy to you. Ha ha ha …. Ok … well…. Why not you buy from me if you intent to buy one……  Always think a good reason when you buy something.

Life insurance has become a necessary thing in our life. Everyone should buy one even though you are still single. If you are still single think of your mother and father. Do you know all your loan or credit card balance that your parents must pay when you die? They already rise you up with lots of money and they hope you will take good care of them when they become old. But instead when you die and you burdened them with loan or Hutang. What kind of children are you???

So guys I don’t want to talk too much of this boring subject, so whatever it is…..

Life goes on……

He think we are stupid!!!!!

He think we are stupid!!!!

Last night, I heard a news that really shock me, it was on TV3 News. The Proton Bhd Managing Director Dato' Haji Syed Zainal Abidin B. Syed Mohamed Tahir,   said Proton Company money is not used but instead money from advertising fund was used to fund the Lotus-Renault GP team. So Malaysian doesn’t have worry about the expenditure.

So Dato’ MD, can I ask you, where the advertising fund come from? Do you think we Malaysians are stupid? Who make you the MD for Proton? Which university you studied? ‘F..K’ man I don’t want my kids study that school.

The money comes from Proton, Proton is owned by people of Malaysia, so that is our money you ‘f…king’ idiot. You are using our money for racing, for what. Look at Proton first lah. How much money you make last year?

This is typical Malaysian; you can say anything and get away with it.

Hello brader MD, if you cannot manage Proton and make profits, please hand it over to me lah. What you think I’m stupid huh! Just try lah then you see….

The money that was used for racing F1 can be used to create lots of jobs in our country. And money can be used for lots of things and solving lots of problems, I do not have to say for what, you readers know lah….

Mmmmmmmmmmmmm …………….. GGGeeeerrrraaammmmmm……..

Please read this article by giving 10 minutes from your busy life. Really good.... ** *

Dear friends, please read this speech and think he is saying about Malaysia. Just change the words from India to Malaysia. Just imagine that for a second. I love Malaysia and you love Malaysia too...

A.P.J. Abdul Kalam's Speech on India & India

Please read this article by giving 10 minutes from your busy life. Really good.... ** *

* The
Former President of India DR. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam's Speech in Hyderabad *

Why is the media here so negative?

Why are we in India so embarrassed to recognize our own strengths, our achievements? We are such a great nation. We have so many amazing success stories but we refuse to acknowledge them. Why?

We are the first in milk production.

We are number one in Remote sensing satellites.

We are the second largest producer of wheat.

We are the second largest producer of rice.

Look at Dr. Sudarshan , he has transferred the tribal village into a
self-sustaining, self-driving unit. There are millions of such achievements but our media is only obsessed in the bad news and failures and disasters.

I was in Tel Aviv once and I was reading the Israeli newspaper. It was the day after a lot of attacks and bombardments and deaths had taken place. The Hamas had struck. But the front page of the newspaper had th picture of a Jewish gentleman who in five years had transformed his desert into an orchid and a granary.   It was this inspiring picture that everyone woke up to. The gory details of killings, bombardments, deaths, were inside in the newspaper, buried among   other news.

In India we only read about death, sickness, terrorism, crime. Why are we so NEGATIVE ?

Another question: Why are we, as a nation so obsessed with foreign  things? We want foreign TVs, we want foreign shirts. We want foreign technology.

Why this obsession with everything imported. Do we not realize that self-respect comes with self-reliance?

I was in Hyderabad giving this lecture, when a 14 year old girl asked me for my autograph. I asked her what her goal in life is. She replied: I want to live in a developed India .   For her,
you and I will have to build this developed India . You must proclaim. India is not an under-developed nation; it is a highly developed   nation. Do you have 10 minutes? Allow me to come back with a vengeance.

Got 10 minutes for your country? If yes, then read; otherwise, choice is yours.

YOU say that our government is inefficient.

YOU say that our laws are too old.

YOU say that the municipality does not pick up the garbage.

YOU say that the phones don't work, the railways are a joke,

The airline is the worst in the world, mails never reach their destination.

YOU say that our country has been fed to the dogs and is the absolute pits.

YOU say, say and say. What do YOU do about it?

Take a person on his way to Singapore Give him a name - YOURS. Give him a face - YOURS. YOU walk out of the airport and you are at your International best.

In Singapore you don't throw cigarette butts on the roads or eat in the stores.

YOU are as proud of their Underground links as they are. You pay
$5 (approx. Rs. 60) to drive through Orchard Road (equivalent of Mahim Causeway or Pedder Road ) between 5 PM and 8 PM.

YOU come back to the parking lot to punch your parking ticket if you have over stayed in a restaurant or a shopping mall  irrespective of your status identity...

In Singapore you don't say anything, DO YOU?

YOU wouldn't dare to eat in public during Ramadan, in Dubai

YOU would no dare to go out without your head covered
in Jeddah.

YOU would not dare to buy an employee of the telephone exchange in London at 10 pounds ( Rs.650) a month to, 'see to it that my STD and ISD calls are billed to someone else.

YOU would not dare to speed beyond 55 mph (88 km/h) in Washington and then tell the traffic cop, 'Jaanta hai main kaun hoon (Do you know who I am?). I am so and so's son. Take your two bucks and get lost.'

YOU wouldn't chuck an empty coconut shell anywhere other than the garbage pail on the beaches in Australia and New Zealand .

Why don't YOU spit Paan on the streets of Tokyo ?

Why don't YOU use examination jockeys or buy fake certificates in Boston ???

We are still talking of the same YOU.

YOU who can respect and conform to a foreign system
in other countries but cannot in your own. You who will throw papers and cigarettes on the road the moment you touch Indian ground. If you can be an involved and appreciative citizen in an alien country, why cannot you be the same here in India ?

Once in an interview, the famous Ex-municipal commissioner of Bombay , Mr. Tinaikar , had a point to make. 'Rich people's dogs are walked on the streets to leave their affluent droppings all over the place,' he said. 'And then the same people turn around to criticize and blame the authorities for inefficiency and dirty pavements. What do they expect the officers to do? Go down with a broom every time thei dog feels the pressure in his bowels?

In America every dog owner has to clean up after his pet has done the job.

Same in Japan Will the Indian citizen do that here?' He's right. We go to the polls to choose a government and after that forfeit all responsibility.

We sit back wanting to be pampered and expect the government to do everything for us whilst our contribution is totally negative. We expect the government to clean up but we are not going to stop chucking garbage all over the place nor are we going to stop to pick a up a stray piece of paper and throw it in the bin. We expect the railways to provide clean bathrooms but we are not going to learn the proper use of bathrooms.

We want Indian Airlines and Air India to provide the best of food and toiletries but we are not going to stop pilfering at the least opportunity. This applies even to the staff who is know not to pass on the service to the public.

When it comes to burning social issues like those related to women, dowry, girl child! and others, we make loud drawing room
protestations and continue to do the reverse at home. Our excuse? 'It's the whole system which has to change, how will it matter if I alone forego my sons' rights to a dowry.' So who's going to change the system ?

What does a system consist of ? Very conveniently for us it consists of our neighbors, other households, other cities, other communities and the government. But definitely not me and YOU.

When it comes to us actually making a positive contribution to the system we lock ourselves along with our families into a safe cocoon and look into the distance at countries far away and wait for a Mr.Clean to come along & work miracles for us with a
majestic sweep of his hand or we leave the country and run away.
Like lazy cowards hounded by our fears we run to America to bask in their glory and praise their system.

When New York becomes insecure we run to England When England experiences unemployment, we take the next flight out
to the Gulf. When the Gulf is war struck, we demand to be rescued and brought home by the Indian government. Everybody is out to abuse and rape the country. Nobody thinks of feeding the system. Our conscience is mortgaged to money.

Dear Indians, The article is highly thought inductive, calls for a great deal of introspection and pricks one's conscience too.... I am echoing J. F. Kennedy 's words to his fellow Americans to relate to Indians.....

'ASK WHAT WE CAN DO FOR INDIA
AND DO WHAT HAS TO BE DONE TO MAKE INDIA
WHAT AMERICA AND OTHER WESTERN COUNTRIES ARE TODAY

Lets do what India needs from us.

Forward this mail to each Indian for a change instead of sending Jokes or junk mails.

Thank you,

Dr. Abdul Kalaam

I humbly request you to forward this to every Indian......

Bloodsucking Bastards!!!!!

Today I want to talk about “bastards” that used other people and throw them away after squeezing all the juices out of that person.
Can you imagine what kind of “bastard” that he/she is? Why these “bastard” is so cold hearted? Are they born like that?
Please beware this “Bastards” are every corner in your life. It might be your so-called friends, relatives, bosses and politic assholes.
If you are one of them, I have some quotes for you.

Well……….. God will punish you “Bloodsucking Bastards”. Lots of people will curse you and swear on you. You will not have a peaceful life. I know this guy a very “known person” in my hometown, who blood sucked lots of people, and his life is lonely – first his wife and he did not sleep together for a long time because he fucked lots of girls, second he has 2 lovely children that does not stayed with him anymore due to his behavior, he has lots of friends that pretend to be friends with him and the list goes on….. Enough until here lah. You don’t have to know who he lah!!!! Ha ha ha…..

God is Great, what goes around, will comes around – it’s mean “A person's actions, whether good or bad, will often have consequences for that person” or “The status eventually returns to its original value after completing some sort of cycle.”

Life goes on……. for me…….You “BASTARD”

Ayoyo!!! What going on???...........

What going on, man??? All the goods prices going up, some goods are getting lesser in volume and some good are missing. So how much you need to run a family? How much money you need if our family is big?

My friend with a family of three and who is living a decent life or middle income is very much suffering nowadays. His monthly expenses are higher than 2 months ago.

He only has a son and a wife, a decent car (proton waja) for himself and a small kancil for his wife and a house. We sit down and count his bills, he need RM4, 500.00 just to run his family. This not includes entertainment like having dinner outside, going to pub or café, healthcare and vacation. And he only makes RM5, 000.00 only.

If middle income people is suffering what about low income people. How much he is going to suffer!!! Can we imagine that?

To overcome this situation, that person needs to do an overtime (OT) or part time job, which nowadays is hard to get or find one.

What is going on to our beloved country? What our government is doing to overcome this?

Hello sir Y.A.B Datuk Seri PM just fired your incompetent minister and gets a new one. This maybe will make you unpopular within your collation party but this will save our country. If you love our country please think about it.

Please don’t say that rest of the world is going through this. Don’t compare with other countries and say Malaysia is better than other countries. Who is ‘f…k’ care about other countries.

I’m just care and love our country. We must make our country a better place to love.

We must be very patient and tough to overcome these phenomena. We cannot give-up. We are not weak. We are not coward. We must not runaway. We must find solution.

One thing for sure and my mentor (Mr. John Rankin) always says this; Tough Time Won’t Last, Tough People Does. Just work harder guy everyday……….

I always follow his advice, until today……….so guys...

Life goes on……………..

I help you, you help me!!!

I help you, you help me!!! This is a great slogan that was said when Y.A.B Datuk Seri PM campaigning at past Hulu Selangor by-election. And he won at that election…. And he also keeps his promises. Well I think there is nothing wrong with that. I think he is brilliant and fantastic.

Some people say it is wrong to do that but if you think out of the box….. Why not!!! Yeah!!! Whyyy not??

You know what, the world is like this. You have to help somebody so that somebody will help you back someday.

That the way of life nowadays.

If somebody helps you, please return the help as soon as possible, so you don’t have to owe them anything. If can, you help them much better then what they help you. You won’t loose anything but you will gain more.

But please don’t make use of people who are helping you. Example; I know a rich guy, a few years back, which he can afford a carpenter, he want to fix his house door. Well he asks ‘help’ from a friend who is a carpenter to fix his door and the rich guy don’t pay the carpenter anything. Worst still, these rich men ask him to fix other thing too, again and again. And don’t pay him anything.

You wonder why this carpenter doing things for freely. He does this because that rich guy (asshole) promised him that he will recommend big jobs that will give him huge money. But until now nothing was recommended ….. The carpenter was misused and play out by this rich guy (‘m....r..f…ker’). Hey, if you got lots of money, just paylah!!! You BLOODSUCKER BASTARD!!!!

So, my friends please help people sincerely. I believe no matter what…. God will help you back…And God will pay back to people who “f…k” you…..

I always help people… I like to help people…. I love to help people….. I know people will always make use of me because my nature of helping people.

But that did not bother me at all, because I know lots of friends that I have help, always had helped me and very important, I know,  my friends always be there for me.

So, God bless them, always …… ok… well … anyway……

Life goes on ………..
