Shortage of cooking oil in Malaysian market…. What a “f….k…g” joke!!!!!!  Malaysia is the second largest exporter in the world. In 2008 Malaysia produced 17.7 million tones of palm oil. And each year Malaysia increases its palm oil production. And we still have shortages in cooking oil…… Oh my God......

Why is this happening to our beloved country?? What happen to “ 1 Malaysia, Rakyat didahulukan, pencapaian diutamakan”??   What happen to nationalism?? Why our people are not given outmost priority?? Why?? Why ?? why??

So Y.A.B Datuk Seri PM, I’m begging you to solve this shortage as soon as possible. And it’s also tarnishing your image. I think… no, I’m suggesting …. No, I’m strongly asking Y.A.B Datuk Seri PM to fire your incompetent ministers.

Make sure you take care the people first before you export to overseas. We know by exporting palm oil we will make huge money. And we can use the money for development of our country. But which is more important, money or people of this country.

Food is a basic need for human. There will be no people without food, and without people there is no country. Please remember that!!!!

Well thank God; there is plenty of cooking oil in my hometown Taiping. I’m also using less oil in my daily food intake. Take care your health because Health is Wealth…… ha ha ha….. Anyway.

Rare species....

Honesty……. It’s hard to fine….. It can be considered very “rare”….. It’s hard to find people with total honesty. Well we can consider this people are ‘rare species’.

Today I want to talk about a species of human that “Say something with you and say something nasty  behind you”…. in a simple word say nice thing with you and say very bad thing about other people with you  and the same time tell nasty things about you at behind or without your knowledge to  ‘other people’.

‘Other people’  can be your close friends, enemies, co-workers, employers, employees, relative, sisters, brothers, cousins, uncle, different race, different religion and the list goes on and on……

There is lots of purpose of why they doing this. One strong purpose they doing this, is for to get your support. Another purpose is, this is like a ‘Game’ for them (the Malay said ‘ Batu Api lah”)

Example if you see in our country. A minister will say nice thing about this people, let’s say MCA meetings (Chinese) and tell bad thing about PAS (Malay Muslim) at them, if it is a UMNO meetings (Malay Muslim) the same minister will say nice thing about you and tell bad thing about DAP (Chinese). And of course the opposition do the similar speech when they go to meetings.

Well they think we are stupid, uneducated, low class, will believe anything, idiot, bodoh, tolol and whatnot. Ha ha ha……. Came on lah!!!! Now day’s people can think ok. We know what happening. Either government or opposition you guys are the same lah!!!!!!.............

Another example, is this thing happen in my life. I know some people tell bad thing about me at behind me. He acts very nice with me but, “f…” me behind. He thinks he is so clever. He thinks that I don’t know what happening behind me.

Oklah ….. I also act that I don’t know what going on and keep him close to me… Guys keep your enemies close.!!!!!!!! Ha ha ha…… always be patient…. You wonder what I’m going to do with him….. ha ha ha……

We’ll see…. I will tell you later, after ….. I do something…..he he he.. ha ha ha….!!!!!!...... GOD is great… GOD will help me……….. As I say…………….. Patient is weapon, Patient is gold………Learn how to FORGIVE but do not FORGET…… Anyway ……….

Defend at any cost!!!!!...

Defend at any cost….. that’s what our PM say to his supporters. It could be any meaning. If you think negatively….Oh my God!!!! Please don’t ….don’t think that way.. no..no…

Think positively… it means work harder.. gain more support, get people trust, help the people, listen to them, go down to the field more, talk to them and whatnot.

What I worried is negative thinking. Lots of us think that way to. Lots of us do that negative thing too. Lots of our leader does negatively too. They get rid of anybody that goes in their way. They will backstab them too, as long they can be at top. They will divide and rule or control their people or team. They do this because it’s the easier way to do. They don’t have to work harder to keep their position.

Man this things doesn’t happen in politic only, it may happen in our office too, where we work. I have seen these things many times in my life.

These top corporate guys (boss) think they are smart. Well I have news for them, you are not. You see, these guys can’t see their own people come up as par as them, or get promoted to the same level as they are. If their people get promoted, the boss will lose his face or worst their job. Or another reason is the boss has to build their team back so their production or performance will not come down. The boss also thinks if one person gets promoted another will follow. This can’t be happening… no…no..way….he/she is too… lazy to work harder again.

The easy way is….. to kill them…. Get rid of him or do any thing so he can’t get promoted. The boss will make his guys demotivated and be a loser. This will give signal or warning others; do not attempt to cross the boss. I have seen the some guys loose temper  and beat their boss and end up in jail , some guys gone crazy, get a heart attack and depression in his/her entire life.

But the boss sometimes forgets that the boss can make mistake too. The boss forgets that God is great. The boss forgets that we know their secret too… what happen if we strike back. The boss could end up in court or even worst in jail and get humiliated.

I know this because I have seen others and heard about this. I also have my own experience on this too.

Well last times I didn’t strike back, I just resigned and go away, but I see my ex-boss or anybody who backstab me, get punish by God. Some even regret and cry think about what they have done to me

Believe me they were punished, worst of anything that is done to me.

If the same thing happen to me now!!!!!!…… mmmmm… this time I will not go away, I will strike back, I will stood and be success in my life. Insyallah… of course with God help…. Amin…

 Always be patient…. Patient is the answer….God will help us….. Anyway….

Backstabbing...!!!!!

Backstabbing!!!! This is a scenario that will happen to anyone. Especially to someone who is coming up in life. What is back stabbing really means… for some people this mean that somebody going to poke you with knife from behind. Ha…ha…ha….But I’m not going to talk about that. It really means…. for me-lah….. that somebody or someone is talking or doing bad things about you for the purpose to bring you down.

They will do everything they could to bring you down. For example, they will talk negative thing about you to your boss, friends, relative, wife and everybody attached to you. They also will plan nasty thing to do it to you. This people will pretend in front of you. Who are this people??? Man ….. It could be anybody…. Anybody that you can’t image will do this kind of things. Anybody that is jealous of you…….Especially that person will benefit if you fall down. And for some people it is like a game for them….

For your infomation,this backstabbing happens to me so many times in my life. I know how it feels like.  I was betrayed by my own friends so many times. Most of them jealous of me and I was a kind of guy who is very straight forward, maybe that why they dont like me, or they after my position..... I don’t know why…??????

Is it wrong for someone to come up in life????  Why the ‘f…k’ you so jealous… what wrong with you… why not you work hard as I do, and come up in life, you morons..

After many times I get hit, and to tell you the truth, I am getting weak. At some point, I almost become crazy…. ‘gila’. But I didn’t … thank GOD….

But thanks to them also, now I’m getting stronger mentally and spiritually. Anybody can come screw me now…. Damm …. I will screw them hard and move on. I will succeed much better in my life. That is a promise…

To anybody who back stab or ‘f…k’ me before, if you reading this, I already forgiven all of you. But I will never forget ……but whatever it is…..

Its another day of the wikileaks to leak information about Malaysia, there is good and bad things that he said about Malaysia. But one thing I agree is about incompetent of our ministers in running our country.

If they are good as our Prime Minister said …..  why petrol, diesel , gas, food and whatnot,  price is getting  expensive????  And why our income is not rising as it should be???….. why is corruptions is getting worst?  This means we are in deep,deep,deep shit guys….

But whatever it is...... Singaporean government officials should not say, like that to us!!! No….no…..no….!!! you don’t have the right to say that…..

To the people of Singapore …. I love you guys….. but to your government officials…  “f..k you”….

ONE DAY AT A NURSING HOME IN JOHOR BAHRU

A Singaporean family was considering putting their grandfather in a nursing home.

All the Singaporean facilities were too expensive, so they had to put him in a nursing home in Johor Bahru (JB).

After a few weeks in the JB nursing facility, they came to visit Grandpa:

“How do you like it here?” asks the grandson.

“It’s wonderful……Everyone here is so courteous and respectful” says grandpa.

“There is an ex Chief Justice in here…..He is 95 years old…. He hasn’t been on the bench in 30 years and everyone still calls him ‘Hakim Besar’.”

“There is also a dentist here……90 years old…… He hasn’t fixed a tooth in 25 years and everyone still calls him ‘Doktor’.”

“And me…… I haven’t had sex in 35 years and they still calls me ‘The Fucking Singaporean’.”

Lots of political party and government servants in Malaysia is racist. We can see, read and hear them doing this. They want to become champion of their race and religion.

They do this for their personal gain or being stupid.

They said something that hurt the people feelings and make them anger.

They want to be popular. What a stupid way to do it….. Morons….!!!!

Is this kind of people that we want them to rule our country????

Well … I am not angry but disappointed…. And by the way…. It’s the freedom of speech…. Anybody can say anything they want…. If you see other country which has freedom of speech like USA….. anybody can say anything and if say something wrong, you will get sued….. ha ha ha…. That’s it…..

For me….. people can say anything they want…. I hear at left ear and exit it at my right ear…. As long I can “cari makan” ….. and I’m in the right path….. I’m ok….

One day, all the different parts of the body had a meeting to discuss who should be the boss.

The brain said it should be the boss because it did all the thinking.

The eyes said it should be the boss because it did all the seeing.

The ears said it should be the boss because it did all the hearing.

The mouth said it should be the boss because it allowed the body to eat.

The tongue said it should be the boss because without it the body would not be able to talk or taste any of the food

that it ate.

And so the debate continued with the hands, feet, fingers, toes, neck and all the other parts of the body arguing

their case as to why they should be the boss. And the debate went on without any consensus until the arsehole

butted in (pun intended) and argued that it should be the boss.

There was a moment of total silence before all the parts of the body rolled on the ground laughing uncontrollably.

“You can’t be the boss,” they replied. “You are just an arsehole.”

This made the arsehole very angry and it clammed up and refused to open. Nothing could enter the body through

the arsehole, not even a plastic device. More importantly, nothing could leave the body and after a week or so the

brain became mushy and could no longer think. The eyes became watery and could no longer see. The ears

became zingy and could no longer hear. The mouth, tongue, hands, feet, fingers, toes and whatnot all became

weak and could no longer function properly.

By the tenth day the body was at the point of death and all the parts of the body relented and agreed that the

arsehole should be the boss. The arsehole had clearly proven that it was the most superior part of the body

From that day on the arsehole became the boss and ruled over the entire body. And this proves you do not have to

be smart to become the boss. You just need to be an arsehole. And Malaysia is living testimony to this doctrine

that only arseholes can become the boss.

Block Facebook????? Why!!!!!

Umno Supreme Council member Datuk Seri Dr Shahidan Kassim today called for the blocking of the Facebook social networking website if its contents continue to pose a threat to national security.

He said a Facebook account holder was found to have taken advantage of the technology to insult Islam and leaders of Malaysia.

“If the website content poses a threat to national security and insults Islam, then it is unnecessary to have Facebook,” he told reporters after accompanying Perlis Facebook Association committee members to lodge a report at the Kangar police station on the insults hurled at Prime Minister Seri Najib Razak and former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad on a Facebook page.

The report was lodged by the association’s deputy president, Mohd Faizuddin Ismail, at about 5.30 pm.

Shahidan said a report would also be lodged at the State Islamic Religious Department as the holder of the Facebook account had also insulted Islam, and added that the insults hurled at Najib and Mahathir were discovered by a member of the association on November 29.

Shahidan, who is Tambun Tulang assemblyman, said the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), the Malaysian Islamic Development Department and the National Fatwa Council should act against the holder of the Facebook account. — Bernama

Prices are UP but income still the same!!!!!!

PUTRAJAYA: The prices for RON95 petrol and diesel will increase by 5sen per litre at midnight (12.01am Dec 4) while the prices of liquified petroleum gas (LPG) and sugar will be up by 5sen and 20sen per kg respectively.

RON95 would be raised to RM1.90 per litre from the current RM1.85 while price of diesel would be retailed at RM1.80 per litre. LPG and sugar will cost RM1.90 and RM2.10 per kg respectively.

Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Idris Jala Idris said the price hike was the second wave of the subsidy rationalisation programme.

Prices of RON95 and diesel went up by 5sen per litre while sugar and LPG were raised by 25sen and RM10 on July 16 for the first wave of the programme.

That resulted in total savings of RM779mil. This time around, Idris said the savings is expected to be RM1.18bil.

Idris said the savings would be channelled towards improving urban transportation network, rural basic infrastructure and roads, education and efforts to combat crime.

He added that the increase was very minimal and should not hurt the people.

“I think it is fair to the rakyat. I believe people will be able to accept it,” he told a media briefing on the second wave of subsidy rationalisation here Friday.

Idris said the Consumer Price Index could be contained in view of the low increase and declined to disclose the amount of subsidy the government would have to pay for the items.- Star, 3/12/2010,Price hike for RON95, LPG and sugar

Ha ha ha….. what a joke guys….. why this things happening???? I know one reason…

 WEAK MANAGEMENT ……. The country is run by weak people….. they take a easy step by hiking the price…. They not even try or think other alternatives……  our PM is surrounded by weak people ….. he should replace them……  he should hire me…….. ha ha ha!!!

They just have to cut expenses on unnecessary projects ….. and curb bribery. From here you can save billions already. Ha ha ha …. I’m not finance minister….. or economy professor. Even a primary student can think of this… there is lot of smart people in this country… just use them….. think some way to make money…..  and cut expenses,  do something or not, the country is going to bankrupt…..

Who will suffer…. Us the rakyat, and worst, the low income people…. some people will say “ala 5 sen je, tak banyak”…..  well this people is somebody never think of other people or they even don’t  ‘f…k’  care.. 

But I care.. anybody should not suffer or hurt like this, nobody deserves it.

It almost 2.78% hike. Everybody knows when oil, diesel and gas price up, other stuff like food and transport (and whatnot) prices will go up too. if a person income is RM1000.00 he will suffer deficit of RM27.80, well that’s lot for him/her. What about in long run?? How much he is going to lose??? Sorry guys you have to do math for me….. I’m weak on that….. ha ha ha…. But I still can count money…..

The mega question is …… is his/her Boss will increase his/her salary???? Ha ha ha…. U know the answer…… No, no, no, no, no way, no way…. Get loss!!!!..  so guys , either you asked your boss a increase or you work harder and overtime(OT) to increase your income…. So whatever is it……..

Domestic violence – my life experience

This is topic, that I don’t like to talk about, but anyway, I cannot hide the truth. Domestic violence or in a simple word husband beating wife or the other way around. Is very seldom wife beating her husband is happening, we seldom hear that. Well I have think a long time to write this or not,  will this truth humiliate my family and give a negative perspective. Well truth always hurt. Hope you guys will learn something about it.

The truth is, I myself experience it when I was in childhood. My dad will come home, drunk or mabok, well he is alcoholic, he will pick up any topic to get started, he will yell and shout first. And my auntie (fathers sister) … she a bitch….will joins him and supports him as well…. When things get heat up…. And the beatings will follow…..he will beat my mother for no reason….. What I can do…. I was small then, too young to do anything….. I and together my brothers and sisters will cry…. Cry…. And cry….

How frequently this will happen??? Since the day one that I can remember the world.. …you know what I mean…. Maybe 4 or 5 I don’t know….. it will happen at least once a week or more. Why my father is so stupid?? Why he listen to other people??? Why he is like that??? Why my auntie like that, poking my father, with all the lies he tell my father, I know she don’t like my mother. Maybe that’s why. My mother is a typical housewife…. Which she believes marriage is lifetime…

That’s why he never do a police report. She doesn’t want humiliate our family. She doesn’t want my father loses his job. She doesn’t want my father end up in jail and whatnot. She sacrifices herself for all her children. Not lot of mother in this world is willing to do that. She a great mother. She is the mother of all mothers. Thank you mother, thank you very much. God bless you. We will take care you.

In this case the true victim is the children. Yes I’m the victim…. Ha ha ha….. Guys, please don’t think I have become a psycho or gila, or become like him…. With this kind of condition or surroundings, how can we study and get better marks at school. Or become somebody.

Thank god, all 5 of us is doing ok in life, eldest bro at Austria own a restaurant, second sister is an administrator in audit firm, third bro is GM at private company, fourth me an insurance agent and last is sister a marketing executive in KL. So despite all the domestic violence at childhood we become this, just imagine what we have achieve if our father …..!!! You know what I mean…..

My childhood, has taught me a huge lesson in my life, never, never, never do this to your wife, if you want hit or fight, please find somebody your size. Then you are real men, don’t be coward and hit your wife and children. Respect every person then only they respect you, be a good leader, lead your family to glory. This is I’m doing now, and it is not difficult.

I promise to myself, when I was child that time, which I won’t be like my father. Anyway dear readers, it has been 15 years my father is dead. Hope he rest in peace. So anyway guys…….

Who is not… I also want to be a Prime Minister…. Why not?? U tak nak ke…. We always read news that this government guy will say that opposition is “gila kuasa” … and then opposition guy will say government fella is power crazy….. give me a break la….. u politic people think the rakyat is so stupid huh!!!

I seen lot of people, including me want to have some power or something that we can control about….. and of course make money out of it too….. whoever become prime minister is not going to give me money or salary every month until I die…. No …. Not in my dreams too….. only i hope he will do his/her duty well… that is what I want……

What i want is ‘senang cari makan’…  and can save some for old age…. Can die peacefully…. Children get good education, no war and whatnot…

I love my country…. And of course I want the best guy to lead the country….. I want all the ‘best’ things for my country…. Hope in the future someone will get the first Olympic gold medal and world cup too…  Malaysia boleh….. maybe … who knows…. Ha ha ha…..

OMG!!! What I’m not patriotic enough….. what!! Not strong patriotism….. ha ha ha …… he makes me laugh…. Who is he to said that… GOD….. or what rights he have to said that…… what he knows about patriotism… did he knows the meaning of patriotism…. Patriotism means love or devotion for our

country.

Do u love your country? I know I do…. I love my country very much…. How do he know someone feeling? Ok lah … so prove it…. So every citizen have to enter army to become patriotic. That’s what he mean or that’s what I understood. No. no. no…. I do not have to enter army to prove that… no way… u don’t know how I feel about my country….. and I don’t know how the rest 27mil people of Malaysia is feeling.

There is no scale to prove about patriotism…if becoming an army is the only way to judge he/she is patriotic, what about the rest of citizen which is not. Don’t they love Malaysia?? Do he know how many Chinese or Indian die so far for Malaysia?? Are they not patriotic…… man.. u can talk about this all day long…..

As long u don’t hurt our country…. U are patriotic….. people who hurt our country is not patriotic… people like … who receive and give bribery (rasuah)…. There are the worst ….. in China u will get death penalty for bribery…. They will shot u God dam it.. yes .. I would like this rule of law in Malaysia…. Imagine.. what will happen…ha ha ha…. Love that… is not I like people to die or what… (by the way I am against of death penalty…..)  is it only ..geram saja…

For me every citizen of Malaysia is patriotic, whatever race or religion he/she is. We cannot judge other people feelings or in this content “patriotism”.

It is not anybody rights to say who is patriotic and unpatriotic. Maybe he don’t mean to say that.. ok I forgive him…..  even though he didn’t apologize …..we have to forget about this and move on…..

Life goes on guys…..

Dear Prime Minister,

RE: ABOUT LIFE INSURANCE INDUSTRY OF MALAYSIA

1.       First of all, I want to congrats you for all the work you done so far, for Malaysia. Although there are some people not satisfied but I think overall you have done your best. And I think personally you have done excellent job. SYABAS DATUK.  

2.       Datuk, I am 37 years old. In my life, I have done lots of job but always in marketing and management. Now I’m working for MCIS ZURICH INSURANCE BHD. It is an excellent insurance company. I started working here not even 2 years ago, as Marketing Assistant.

3.       Insurance company is under Bank Negara watch list. Every rules and regulation is by Bank Negara and Bank Negara controlled the Insurance Industry.

4.       Because insurance company is under Bank Negara, and you are Minister of Finance, that’s why I would like to ask you, can you do something about our commissions?.

5.       What I know our commission is the same for past 20 years or more, I don’t know, only change is made is from getting 10 years, they cut it short to 6 or 5 years now. But the total of commission we getting is the same. You can ask Bank Negara about it.

6.       Please increase our commission, we don’t have salary or fix income from our company, we totally depended on commission only. We have to bear all the marketing cost ourselves and you know all the prices have gone up. I know you will say that I have to work harder to get more sales so my commission will go up. I know about that Datuk Seri, but it will be nice if you can raise the commission level so we can enjoy and save more for our old time and children.

7.       Everything is expensive nowadays; all the prices have gone up. I am living in poverty now but thank god my mother is helping me because I’m staying with her.

8.       If you see Datuk Seri, government servants salary have rise 2 or 3 times for the past 20 years but our commission have not. How we going to achieve High Income Nation but our income is the same for number of years.

9.       Second I would like you to change on how the promotion is handled. If you start to work as insurance agent,  you will start with Marketing Assistant (MA) and then promoted to Unit Manager (UM) and then you will promoted to Chief Agency Manager (CAM). To get promoted we need to achieve the target set by the company and Bank Negara.

10.   If you see there is no fairness in promoting UM to CAM. It is hard to get promoted because it is not fair. If you see Datuk Seri, UM need production to get promoted, he needs all the his guys production for 3 years, when one of his guys or MA get promoted to UM, this UM production is not counted, this is not FAIR… totally not FAIR!!! Do you know how much time and money he spends on that guy so that that guy can help him in promotion? His/her guy which is promoted to UM now belong to CAM. The UM do the entire job from recruiting him/her, training and spend time to motivate him, but as soon he get promoted to UM he/her is now belong to CAM. UM does the entire job, CAM get the benefit at the end? “Bapa bela anak tapi anak dewasa jadi anak orang lain”

11.   Please do something about this Datuk Seri, An UM need all his/her guys production whether the guy is MA or UM. I know Datuk Seri is a fair guy, I see all your policy and concept is fair to all Malaysians. If you can change this rule you can make this insurance industry a better industry that can contribute to our nation much more.

12.   I write this letter and telling this not because just for me or for my personal interest, but I see it for all my insurance friends. And also for the nation and for 1 Malaysia and for Vision 2020.

13.   If you see the growth and economically of the insurance industry it is contributing lot to our nation. If you can transform the insurance industry into more fairness and good income for the marketing agents, I bet this industry will help in our economy and it will create more jobs. Please look at the big picture Datuk and what will insurance industry will do for our future.

14.   Thank you Datuk Seri for your kind attention. And I want to wish all the best for Datuk Seri in the future.
